Pooja Sharma is a commerce graduate and qualified as a CA, in first attempt in 2009. She is the auditor of our Group company VirtuEdge Management Services P.Ltd. Has been Director of VitalSource Knowledge Associates P. Ltd. [VKA – Group Company] since 2009. Pooja has vast experience in the Publicity and Media field. Worked with CNN and Zee news. Currently, she is in full-time CA practice and handles our assurance and compliance matters. She brings to our Group her diverse knowledge in accounting, compliance and service industry. Her long association with the Group and industry knowledge is a valuable resource for our ventures.
